The Barolo is a wine that can be made only in a designated area in the
Langhe (both harvest and production).
The grapes contained in this wine come all from La Morra with the
exception of one part that comes from Serralunga.
The main crus that form this wine are Gattera (Annunziata di La Morra)
and Cerretta (Serralunga), the maceration period is between 12 to 14
days and the ageing of 24 months was mixed between barriques and 15 HL
casks, where the barriques where 80% used (2nd to 4th passage) and 20 %
